Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days depending on the order size (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, once your order has been shipped and you have received a tracking number. Please contact your local USPS if you do not receive the order. We are not responsible for the orders once they have been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for succulent orders. Orders will be picked up at the Columbus Division of Police Internet Purchase Exchange Zone, Westerville, Ohio.
Pickups will be arranged. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm date and time of delivery. Reserve the right cancel orders and refund payment if there is a no show for the pickup.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact your local USPS. You may contact us at customerservice@awysetouch.com with your name and order number, and we will try assist as much as we can.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS doesn't support PO box addresses as the shipping origin or destination.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final with one exception. My hope is that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, things happen. Refunds and returns are applied only if your purchase arrives damaged. Please contact us at customerservice@awysetouch.com within 24 hours after delivery to have your order corrected. Please be sure to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with a photo of the item's condition.
